Mr. Laurence Lau
Chief Executive Officer
Mr Lau is a highly experienced shipping and logistics executive with over 40 years in the maritime industry, spanning liner services, ship management, and global logistics operations. He has held senior leadership roles, including General Manager and Managing Director, overseeing large teams, multi-company operations, and international networks across Asia and beyond. His expertise covers chartering, freight forwarding, port operations, and supply chain management, with a strong commercial and operational focus. With a solid academic background in Transportation from the University of Hawaii, he brings strategic insight and deep industry knowledge to the business.
Capt. Mihails Filipjonoks
Deputy Managing Director
Mihails is a well-rounded maritime expert with strong technical knowledge and proven experience across both sea and shore-based operations with over 14 + years of sailing experience on sophisticated parcel chemical tankers. He successfully transitioned ashore into ship management, handling a range of roles focused on safety and efficiency, operational compliance and chartering, as well as vessel insurance, supported by qualifications including a Master’s degree in Business Management in Transport, Behavioral Accident Prevention (DEKRA) and Tanker Chartering & Operations at Lloyd’s Maritime Institute.
Capt. Rahul Srivastava
HSEQ, Marine & Vetting Manager (DPA/CSO)
Capt. Rahul Srivastava has over 25+ years of versatile maritime expertise, from commanding oil/chemical tankers as Master Mariner, to managing ashore a diverse variety of vessels including VLCCs, Oil, chemical, bulk and RORO vessels, and leading ship management quality assurance, systems development and operations functions. A Nautical Science graduate of Mumbai University and a postgraduate of the World Maritime University. His leadership and expertise make him a key figure in the maritime industry, dedicated to advancing safety, quality, environmental , operational and commercial excellence.
Humberto Saavedra
Fleet Manager
Humberto is a well-rounded maritime expert with deep technical knowledge and a proven track record across both sea and shore-based operations. He brings over 25+ years of experience, including extensive service as a Chief Engineer on board oil, chemical and product tankers. He holds a postgraduate degree in Ship Surveying from UMC and a Diploma in Maritime Business from URBE, both recognized institutions of higher learning in South America. He successfully transitioned ashore into ship management, where he has held various roles focused on maritime safety & security, vessel operations and high standards of technical efficiency.
