Mihails is a maritime professional with over 12 years of sailing experience on oil and sophisticated parcel chemical tankers. He successfully transitioned ashore into ship management, handling a range of roles focused on safety and efficiency, auditing (including TMSA), operational compliance and chartering, as well as vessel insurance, supported by qualifications including a Master’s degree in Business Management in Transport, Behavioral Accident Prevention (DEKRA) and Tanker Chartering & Operations at Lloyd’s Maritime Institute. He is well-rounded maritime expert with strong technical knowledge and proven experience across both sea and shore-based operations.
